Eligibility

We accept returns within the specified return window if the item is:

  • unwashed

  • undamaged

  • in original packaging

  • Bulk/wholesale orders

Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number. Once approved, ship the item back. Refund is issued after inspection.

Refund Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours for a free replacement.
